CONNECTIVITY: WIFI is very good. There is a landline but cellular service is spotty in the valley overall. My experience so far has been that phone service works for folks who are able to receive it through the internet. THE LIVING ROOM is furnished with two comfortable full size sofas and additional seating for singles, a 55” Smart TV set and sound bar to stream your movies, shows and music. No cable TV at present time. THE KITCHEN: Some people refer to a well-designed kitchen as a “chef’s kitchen.” In this case it’s true! The previous owners are the owners of the best restaurant in town: a farm to table gourmet experience. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and even light baking. The coffee maker is a Keurig and some coffee is provided in addition to enough oatmeal, raisins and brown sugar to get you through at least a couple of breakfasts.
